Property Maintenance

If you have vacation rentals or even a home that need regular love, I can create a custom monthly maintenance plan that fits your specific needs. A sort of “set it and forget it” program. I will come on scheduled days and take care of those annoying tasks that need done monthly.

Carpentry & Remodeling

Carpentry is the original Stover trade. I install and build custom art fixtures, bars and bar tops, repair decks and handrails, custom bookcases, fireplace mantels and more. Whether it be a small bathroom remodel or a beautiful redesign of your restaurants dining area, I have the skill and the vision to reshape and redesign that space.
